Phoenix Business Journal reports that an ownership group led by Greg Jamison is reportedly close to a tentative deal to purchase the Phoenix Coyotes.

According to the report, NHL commissioner Gary Bettman will be in Glendale on Monday to announce the agreement. Jamison is a minority owner of the San Jose Sharks and their former CEO. Jamison is expected to seek some financial support from the city of Glendale to help cover the short-term loses.
