Jeremy Roenick is now involved with a group that wants to buy the Coyotes and keep them in Phoenix.

According to the  Arizona Republic Roenick is revered in Phoenix and will be inducted to their Ring of Honor on Saturday so this announcement could not have come at a better time. Roenick said he was approached weeks ago by ex-San Jose Sharks CEO Greg Jamison and has spoken to some of his business associates in the interim.
