Sharks Might Have Interest In Acquiring Mike Knuble
Update: CSNBayArea’s Kevin Kurz reports Mike Knuble himself has quashed all talk of being dealt to the San Jose Sharks. Over the ‘phone, the veteran winger said the “reported rumors have no merit and are pure speculation”.
According to csnbayarea.com the San Jose Sharks might be interested in acquiring Mike Knuble.
Knuble was a healthy scratch on Thursday and might spend his second straight game in the press box on Sunday. With Martin Havlat still sidelined, Knuble might get a chance to play on a line with his former Boston Bruins teammate, Joe Thornton. The possibility of Knuble being acquired by San Jose is still just a rumor, but it’s definitely not outside of the realm of possibilities.
