Arron Asham Suspended Four Games, James Neal Suspended For One

Pittsburgh Penguins forward Arron Asham has been suspended four games and  Penguins teammate James Neal has been suspended one game for separate infractions. Asham, who was offered an in-person hearing, was assessed a first-period match penalty for cross-checking Brayden Schenn around the chin and punching him in the head when Schenn was down.

Arron Asham Cloud Be In Line For Big Suspension

Arron Asham‘s postseason may be over after an ugly cross-check to Brayden Schenn‘s throat. Asham received a 10 minute match penalty for deliberate intent to injure Schenn. It would be very surprising to see Asham play another time in the playoffs even if the Penguins make a series of this yet.
