NHL Trade: Carolina Hurricanes Trade Jamie McBain To Buffalo Sabres

The Buffalo Sabres received Jamie McBain from the Carolina Hurricanes second-round pick for Andrej Sekera. McBain is a little bit younger (25 vs. 27) and probably has a better offensive upside with recent 27 and 32-point seasons. He also has a slight size advantage. Still, McBain’s eight-point season in 2013 might be a cause for concern.
