Tomas Plekanec probably isn’t moving. ESPN.com’s Scott Burnside tweets, “Talked to agent Rick Curran said Habs have not approached Tomas Plekanec about waiving modified no trade clause. Plekanec is willing to waive his no-trade clause, the Montreal Gazette’s Pat Hickey reports.
